Climate change and local authorities, the new manual to adopt an integrated management system

The benefits for local adoption of an Integrated Management System in the fight against climate change. The project CHAMP - Local Response to Climate Change, carried out in Italy by “Coordinamento Agende 21 Locali Italiane” e “Ambiente Italia”, has created a downloadable free manual online.
